Old Bethesda Church Cemetery
Off US Hwy 601 on Cocklebur Rd, Bamberg County, SC
Old Bethesda Cemetery

I found these directions in the Orangeburgh archives: 9.4 Miles South of Bamberg, SC on US-601, .4 of a mile North of Little Salkehatchie River, SC-DOT County Map Coordinates SC/Ba/995/483. The cemetery is about 100 yards off Cocklebur Road just as it forks off of 601.

The names were transcribed from photos that I took July 2007. If someone wants the photo, they can contact me at AnnGel_AT_comcast.net (replace the _AT_ with @). Photos from other transcribers are at www.FindAGrave.com under Old Bethesda Baptist Church Cemetery, Bamberg County, SC.

There is no longer a church, but the pavilion was still there in July 2007.
