Live Oak Cemetery
On Jefferies Boulevard at corner of Detreville Street, Walterboro
Colleton County, South Carolina
This is a large cemetery and no transcriptions have been published.  It is entered through a
brick and wrought iron gate facing Jefferies Blvd (a side gate facing Detreville is locked).  According to Judy Ballard, a local genealogist, the unfenced cemetery on the east side of Detreville was once the cemetery for an African American church.     I have photographed a few gravestones but some are very difficult to read.   They are mostly folks connected to my families, but some are random.
