1857  Rock Spring Plantation consisted of 920 Acres as surveyed by Archibald Campbell for Mrs. J.W. Lemacks.  Bounded:  Givhans Road, Skull Swamp, Nigger Bay, Welch Creek, Jennings (later McQuestion), Youngblood Est. (now Blocker), Est. of Sanders, A.J. Lemacks, He McFerson Spell, Benj. Stokes (Later Garris and Kinsey)

1847 383 A LATELY PROPERTY OF REV WM FOX surveyed by H.W. Fishburne.  Situated on Round O and bounded by Richard Hill (now Ben Spell), Hickman (now Metts), John R. Hill (now Ben Spell), Est of W. Dandridge, R A Willis (formerly Fishburne), R A Willis (formerly John W. Dandridge, Plot made for J J and I R P Fox

1884 50 Acres near Welch Creek sold by J.C. Lucus to John Witcofsky.  Bounded:  Mary Hoff, Josiah Hiott, George Rumph.

      Plat of 1000 acres Est. of Wm. Rhode on Round O shows surrounding land owners:  Robert Addison, John Fox (now Ben Spell), Wm Fox, Capt. Richard Fox, George Rumph, Eliza Spell, Benj. Sauls, John Martin, Lewis C. Nady, Wm. Fox (now M. Dodds)

1859 37 acres sold by W.S. Ackerman to John S. Weeks - Bounded:  I.S. Weeks, W.B. Weeks, W.S. Ackerman, L.B. Ackerman.

1858 333 acres for Wm. S. Ackerman and Lorenzo Ackerman situated on the round O Colleton District - Bounded:  Boswell, Stephen Ackerman, John Jacques, land granted to Wm. Clement but said to be unknown.

659 Acres in Parish of St. Bart - Bounded:  Maj. Fishburne and Doctor Perry being about 16 mi from Jacksonborough and 12 mi from Parkers Ferry.

Admin of Est, John Clayton for I.I. Hutson for sum of 1020 dollars to Wm. C. Hiott the following 4 slaves:
Charlotte about 35 years old.
Rebecca about 6 years old
Aaron about 4 years old
Louisa about 2 years old

1879 Bid in by J.E. Kinsey at courthouse steps 488 acres known formerly as Pine Forest or Stokes House Tract bounded:  Welch Creek, Givhans Ferry Road, Jacksonboro Road, Benjamin Risher, E.S. Raysor, J.W. Sleigh, Land of Lightsey, Cyrus Tucker, W.B. Garris
