Isaac Utsey JR was born 2-16-1824 in Colleton Co., SC, died 4-17-1881 in Dorcherster Co., SC; he married 1-5-1860 in Fort Mott, St Matthews Parish, SC to Mary Elizabeth Carroll (daughter of Margaret Gray and Jacob Fair Carroll, son of Jacob Carroll and Elizabeth Fair) b. 10-29-1840 in St Matthews Parish. d. 7-7-1929
in Dorchester Co., SC., St. George:
