SPRING BRANCH CEMETERY

Spring Branch Stroble Graves
from
CEMETERY INSCRIPTIONS OF DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC
Compiled by Lillian H. Harley, Pattie W. Heaton, Lillian D. Kizer
Location: Spring Branch Section, near Rosinville, SC, off S-18-554.

Established: Probably by the Stroble family as Capt. Daniel Stroble was buried there in 1827. Called Spring Branch Cemetery by Mrs. Hardy Murray because it is located on Spring Branch. A thorough search was made in the surrounding woods and no additional tombstones were found other than the two reported by Mrs. Murray previously; however, she believes others were buried there.

Copyist: Mrs. Hardy Murray

Date: January 28, 1977 Mrs. Murray showed this cemetery to Lillian D. Kizer, Sheryl Kizer, & Lillian H. Harley.
