NEW NAPERVILLE BOOK - November 2016!   Author Jo Fredell Higgins is under contract to write the history of the city of Naperville with Arcadia Publishing. This book will be in the Modern America series with color photographs. The history of the 1960s  and forward will be featured with vintage photographs and captions. Book is set for release November, 2016. Jo wrote the 2001 book on the history of Naperville which continues to be her best seller of ten published books. Mayor Steve Chirico has written the welcome and former Mayor Pradel Emeritus has provided contacts and information. Arcadia Publishing is the largest publisher of local history in the USA. This is Jo's seventh title with them.
