NASH/LEE FAMILY CEMETERY
Five Forks Trickum Road, Lilburn, Cates District, Gwinnett County, Georgia

Nash Lee Cemetery

Audited in the fall of 2000 by Joyce Cowan (BjoyceCowan@Bellsouth.com).
 Reformatted August 2005

Photographs by Pat Sabin, May20, 2006

In Snellville, driving east, turn left onto SR124 (Scenic Highway).  Go to Oak Road, turn left.   Continue on Oak Road  until you reach Five Forks Trickum Road then turn left.  You'll pass Yellow River Baptist Church on the left and will cross over the Yellow River bridge.  Almost immediately you'll come to the old Lee home place.  There is an old unpainted barn on the right, next to the street and the drive to the cemetery is a dirt road on the left directly across from the barn.  The drive ends in an open field and the cemetery is on a slight rise to the left.

As you come up the hill, the first row that you come to is the one that I have labeled #1.  The backs of the tombstones face the hill so I began at the far right side of row #1.  I then listed the graves from the left to the right.  Anything written in (parenthesis) and italics is my comments.

Note: The property next to the cemetery is now a subdivision (Nash Lee Estates).  A provision of the sale of the land was that the cemetery would be protected.  The builder has honored this provision and the cemetery is surrounded by a fence.  JC 7/30/05.
