at corner or N. LaSalle and N. Clark Streets.  Designated 
a Chicago Landmark 1982.  Postmarked 1915.

Architect:  John Mills Van Osdel.  Completed January 3, 1885.  This  building was occupied until 1908 at which time city offices were scattered in surrounding buildings while the new building was under construction.
