Save The Date Ideas I am not a printer,
but I'm including this page because I have gotten requests over the
years for vintage images for Save The Date cards. If you
have software to print your own cards, below is just one idea of how to
use a vintage postcard image for a destination wedding. The
standard postcard template sold in store brands or the Avery brand name
is Avery® 3263. The size is 4 1/4" x 5.5" with four
cards per sheet. Since the postcard image is proportionately
longer and narrower, this gives you room for a margin around the card
and for text at the bottom. This simple custom card would be
ideal for weddings, family reunions, or any destination event.

I am not affiliated
with any printers, nor do I endorse any particular company. If
you want to use a vintage postcard image and incorporate it into a
professionally designed and printed post card, there are several online
companies that offer selections of custom Save The Date cards.
Look for one that allows you to upload your own image, and if you want
to incorporate the city view as well as one or more photos of
yourselves, look for a multi-photo design. http://www.magnetstreet.com is one company that
offers a staggering number of designs including a few multi-photo cards
and large magnets (pretty cool!). I have ordered custom
business cards from them in the past and was well satisfied with the
service. Another great place to browse for unique cards and
gifts is Kodak Gallery.
Look under Weddings for the fine stationary photo cards.
